Adding/removing radars

When new radar sites are added or removed as data sources on the IRIS Analysis server, radar settings on the IRIS Focus server must be re-syncronized. Settings requiring updates include updating the radar site location in GeoServer and calculating new map projections.

  1. Run radar site setup script: 
    rsw-basemap-site-setup --socket-server [socket_server_host_name]
  2. Restart the vaisala-radarsw-webapp service by typing: 
    systemctl restart vaisala-radarsw-webapp
